If you are a media vendor and would like to schedule a meeting/presentation with the group of buyers in Austin, please coordinate with Meghan Allen.  Media meetings are usually scheduled on Wednesday mornings with times available at 10:00, 10:45, or 11:15.

Driving Directions to the Austin Office

From Anywhere:

• Be sure to look for the sign and the water tower (pictured at right).

From South I-35 (northbound from San Antonio):

• Take Hwy 71 West (Ben White Blvd., also called Hwy 290) .
• Stay to the right on the west-bound frontage road - do not enter freeway.
• Turn right on  S. Congress Ave - go north .
• We have a driveway on the right - it's an office complex called "Penn Field" (but if you get to the light at Woodward/Lightsey, you've gone too far).

From North I-35 (southbound from Dallas):

• Continue south on the interstate over the river (Town Lake).
• Exit Woodward Drive and turn right on Woodward (west).
• Turn left onto Congress (heading south) .
• We are the first driveway on the left.

From Downtown Austin:

• Take Congress Ave - go south .
• Cross Town Lake and keep going...
• We are the first driveway on the left after you pass St. Edwards University and the traffic light at Woodward/Lightsey.

From Mopac Expy/Northwest Austin:

• Take Mopac Expy (South Loop 1) .
• Take Loop 360 West (left exit).
• Go through traffic light and merge left onto East Hwy 71 and 290.
• Exit S. Congress Ave and turn left (going north) .
• We have a driveway on the right - it's an office complex called "Penn Field" (but if you get to the light at Woodward/Lightsey, you've gone too far).
