MediaScape

  • Review, research, and understanding is the key to a successful media campaign.  Without this foundation, the other steps are meaningless.
  • By collecting data from various research sources, filtering it to the necessary and most important points, and then magnifying those points to hone in on the most important details, we establish a framework from which to begin the rest of the process.

Strategic Campaign Design

  • Before any media negotiating or buying can be pursued, strategic design of an effective media campaign must be accomplished.  
  • Based on the MediaScape that we have established, custom campaigns are built based on any or all of the following elements: budget parameters, GRP goals, reach and frequency, target markets and audiences, and more.
  • Market tiering exercises, media preference matrices, comprehensive flowcharts, budget tracking, and other tools are employed during this step of the process.

Active Accountability

  • Each month - throughout a campaign, not only upon completion - we provide a complete and detailed reconciliation report of what was placed on each station or publication, per individual market.
  • We negotiate all make-goods when necessary to ensure campaign completion.
  • We utilize a detailed method of tracking PSAs to accurately measure exposures.
  • We confirm all insertions and contracts in writing to ensure accuracy.
  • We provide analyses on all schedules to ensure success.
