Experience: Thelma joined The Davis Group in 1982 and has been a driving force in the agency ever since. Her leadership roles and company responsibilities are varied, and her business sense is razor-sharp. Thelma is a skilled authority on how the company is run, and acts as a key decision-maker with the President.
Prior to her career here, she worked in real estate sales in California, where she was a Partner in ParkWest Properties. She has a broker's license and has experience in residential sales and investment properties.
Thelma is the mother of one and the grandmother of two.
