DEDICATED TO CLIENTS - The buyer assigned to each account handles it from start to finish and is the AE, planner, buyer, reconciler, etc.   We aren't departmentalized by market or medium, so every buyer has experience in each, BUT we draw on each individual's strengths, because "the whole is greater than the sum of the parts." 

IN TOUCH WITH THE MARKETS - Since we're not isolated in a big agency with many layers, our flat and intimate organization allows for every buyer to know everything about their accounts and the market. We are in constant touch with our media partners. We try to "sit on the same side of the table" with our reps, treating the media as collaborative partners, rather than adversaries.
